I made the mistake of mailing our auto insurance payment to the corporate office. It got lost. So I took matters in hand. I called my bank, put a 'stop payment ' for that check and called my agent's office number. I explained my ordeal to Megan. She was very helpful and kind. She took my payment information and I got my insurance paid quickly. Megan also gave me great information on other products available to me. Thank you."
