"Update: Based on Scott Neil’s response, there is no wonder why his employees are terribly rude and arrogant. Instead of apologizing or take an action to his employees mistreated the customer he blames the customer! Which represents he doesn’t care to his customers and his reputation is much more important!! It clearly says that he wouldn’t care anything about the customer at all! As I said in my previous review I am upset for their attitude and rudeness more than a service!! No one deserves or treated so bad and especially speaking about us on the speaker was way out of line! We heard the whole conversation!!! Also you called my husband and spoke with him. He gave you my phone number which I received a call. But lots of people didn’t answer the numbers they don’t know. I didn’t even know that was you and didn’t receive any voice mail or any other attempt to reach out to me. So I just left it there. To be fair I screenshot my previous review, but I guess google not letting me add in here. If I got response such as we’re sorry for your experience, I’ll check the incident or we’ll work on improving our customer service and be nice positive etc. I would probably delete my review, since I really don’t like to judge whole insurance agency by couple of employees!!! But the whole experience proving that I think wrong!!! No one deserves to treated like that!! I heard the whole conversation and my husband spoke really nice!! Your employee is the one who screamed and bad mouthed about their clients on the speaker!!! I am speechless!!! Shocking!! 1) I like State Farm, but we chose wrong agency. Right after the incident we went to different State Farm agency, got cheaper quote and proper explanation with respectful conversation. The other agent was wondering why the previous agent didn’t explain the policy?!!! She also mentioned as an agent it’s my duty to explain to the customers! Which how professional people handle businesses and it’s called a regular standard!!! 2) I understand you’re doing a business and standing for your business!! But please accept the fact that your employees don’t know what to do or how to explain?!!! You may can say we’ll do our best to properly explain to all of customers in the future to avoid misunderstanding etc!! Also as an former insurance agent I always do my best to explaining everything in the policy as much as I can, especially when client wanted to cancel the policy!! I know the fact 99 out of 100 people didn’t read the policy or doesn’t care, except the numbers! May your clients not understand very well except how much they’re paying or what’s the coverage! For my understanding that’s why all the agents need to pass state exam to get a license to properly explain to clients! 3) I knew the policy may not able to reinstate, since the vehicle was sold. But we have to try anyway, since $30-40 differences will make $360-$480 annually! I guess you don’t care how much client paying, but your client has life and no one wants to pay extra!!! We wanted nice conversation, but the way the agent handled the situation was terrible and arrogant! If she handled it nicely or not apologizing and work on the quotes right away! Provide us $10 , $15 a month difference like the other agency did, there will be no such problem! So, at the end! I am not recommending this agency! I am disappointed and dissatisfied with their disgusting behavior!! Get quote from many different agencies and compare them. Even same state farm agencies able to find discounts for you! It’s your money not theirs! Do what best for you! After 8,9 years it’s all your fault for being their client!! Cause you are the one, who to blame at the end of the day!!"

"As you may or may not know, State Farm is the first and only homeowners insurance company that has stopped doing roof repairs due to storm damage. If you have them I'd suggest switching now. I've had state farm homeowners insurance since 2015 and their car insurance since 1995 (and have never filed a claim) and was just told that eventhough I'm missing 11 shingles (water is coming into my attic as well), that they will not replace my shingles. Due to all of the money that they are loosing in Floridia in storm damage they now will not replace roofs for storm damage in the entire country. Switch to another insurance provider. The experience I just went through was absolutely horrible."
