"I called regarding my July payment for auto & renters coverage. I spoke with Jacob and explained the issue I have regarding the payment to be postponed until being made on 8/3/26 due to a copay I had to make for outpatient surgery I had today. This made my bank account short but I have my SS direct deposit being made on 8/3/26. Thank you for understanding."
